Vessels of the future: Maritime Batteries – Job Roles and Skills
During the course of January, ALBATTS organises a series of webinars dedicated to job roles and skills needed in various sectors. They include maritime, automotive, stationary and battery manufacturing.
This session will address the new skillsets and competences needed for the electrification of maritime industry. The focus of the webinar is to introduce the audience to the specifics of maritime applications of batteries, and to provide an understanding of current and future skills and competences. The question of how to attract new talent will be explored.
