The new European enabling framework for battery recycling projects by EBRD, InnoEnergy and PSPA
EBRD (The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), InnoEnergy and PSPA have teamed up to develop the battery recycling market in Poland and Central Eastern Europe. The ultimate objective is to identify and support investment cases. A study has been carried out on batteries recycling in the EU: market, technology, business models, policy & regulation, financing. To transpose this EU perspective into the national context there are several initiatives undertaken by EBRD, InnoEnergy and PSPA to bring together representatives from industry, policy and finance.
We kindly invite you to the webinar entitled “The new European enabling framework for battery recycling projects” which will take place on 1/09/2023 at 12:00-13:00. The presentation of the keynote speaker Pénélope Nabet from EIT InnoEnergy will focus on the newly adopted Battery Regulation, upcoming Critical Raw Materials Act, and new opportunities under the Green Deal Industrial Plan.
